About network channel:

Open TokenPocket, choose the wallet address that needs to be operated, click “receive”, and check the network channel prompt atop. When depositing or withdrawing assets, the same channel must be used to ensure successfully credited.

Please keep in mind that different public chains are relatively independent, and cross-chain transfers cannot be credited.

User guide for withdrawal:

1、Open Bitfinex and log in to your account. Click “Wallet” and “Withdraw” in turn in the upper right corner to enter the withdrawal interface.

2、In the withdrawal interface, you can select the tokens in the “TETHER”, or you can select and search in the “Cryptocurrency” search bar below to withdraw.

3、Next select the network for withdrawing tokens, and it should be the one that is corresponding to the deposit method (network) we selected through the TP wallet. Please double check it carefully.

Open the wallet in TokenPocket, and click “Receive” in the asset interface to see the network channel prompt displayed atop.
