About Friend.tech

Friend.tech is a decentralized social application (SocialFi) built on the Layer 2 network Base, which Coinbase recently introduced. To use this platform, you need to link your Twitter account. On the platform, each account has its 'social value,' displayed in units called 'Key,' similar to stocks. After purchasing Key from different accounts, you can engage in one-on-one private conversations with those accounts.

The essence of Friend.tech is to create a paid fan community centered around KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders). Currently, it is only available as a web app, which must be used on mobile devices. Users can engage with KOLs by purchasing specific KOL's Key and communicating with them within the same group. They can also sell the Key they've purchased at any time. The more users buy Key of the same KOL, the higher the Key price becomes.

How to install Friend.tech

1、Open the Friend.tech official website: https://www.friend.tech/. We recommend using the Google mobile browser. After opening, you will see a prompt at the bottom. Clicking on it will trigger a pop-up window for "Install Application." Click "Install" to install the standalone app.

2、When you open Friend.tech, you will see a login prompt. Click on "Sign In" and choose your login method (the tutorial uses Gmail email).

3、The use of Friend.tech requires an invitation code to proceed. So, if you haven't found a valid invitation code, you can use this one: ft-5vuyfswq（ft-923n5lhq ft-uoffc4ii ft-rt3lqz64 ft-f5oxstrk）. After completing the invitation code verification, simply click "Link" to be redirected to Twitter authorization.

4、On Twitter, click on "Authorize App," and upon completion, you will be redirected to the Friend.tech recharge interface. Since we need to purchase Key, we must use ETH tokens from the Base as the payment method.

5、To purchase Keys, we need to use ETH from the Base chain, so we will directly obtain ETH tokens on the Base chain through the TokenPocket's flash swap feature.

Open TokenPocket Ethereum wallet, click on the right side "Swap", send the selected Ethereum (ETH) token, click and select ETH from the "Base" as the token to receive in exchange, then use your Friend.tech address as the receiving address for the swap.

6、When Friend.tech receives the ETH for the cross-chain exchange, it will automatically redirect to the purchase page for Key (the first purchase is free), simply follow the instructions to make the purchase.

7、After the purchase is completed, you will see a prompt that says "All Done." Then, by confirming through two interfaces, you will arrive at the official interface of Friend.tech. In this interface, you can view data in the top and bottom menus.

8、Click on 'Airgrab' to view your own invitation code. There are a total of 6 invitation codes available on the mobile end, and those that have already been used will be marked with a strikethrough. Inviting friends to join Friend.tech using an invitation code may be helpful for future airdrop activities.

9、Click on the menu in the upper right corner of the homepage to view your current ETH balance, earned profits, deposit and withdrawal functions. To export your wallet, simply click on the "Copy Key" option in the "Export Wallet" section at the bottom. This allows you to copy the private key of the wallet created on Friend.tech and import it into TokenPocket for easy use.
