Notes for Exchanges Withdrawal

When users withdraw the assets from exchanges to a decentralized wallet, there may be some problems regarding the withdrawal network. With the development of the public chain track, there are now a variety of public chains based on EVM, so it is particularly important to choose the correct withdrawal network to ensure that they can be safely credited.

Withdrawl network :

In the platform you are using, you can choose “Transfer Network” when withdrawing a certain token. Click to see the information such as currently supported networks and corresponding fees.

Receipt network:

Open TokenPocket, and select the wallet you want to receive, then click “Receive”. On the top of the pop-up, you can see the network supported by the current wallet. For example, the BSC wallet corresponds to BEP20. When we withdraw tokens from the platform to the wallet, we must use the same network and double check the receiving address, so that the tokens can be credited.

Transfer network :

The transfer of tokens also needs to follow the principle of the same network. When we transfer the tokens, there will be a pop-up of transfer security, reminding us the network needed to choose, and then give approval and transfer after double check.

Transfer security tips:

Since the smart contract doesn’t have a private key, once transferred tokens to the contract address, they may never be refunded. When you select the contract address as payment address in TokenPocket, a reminder will be displayed at the bottom of the address bar that the contract address cannot be transferred. If you still click “Confirm”, the “Transfer Security Reminder” will pop up again.
