Friend.Tech User Guide (WEB Version)

About Friend.tech

Friend.tech is a decentralized social application (SocialFi) built on Coinbase's recently launched Layer 2 network, Base. To use this platform, users need to link their Twitter accounts. On the platform, each account has its 'social value,' similar to stocks, displayed in Key units. Once you purchase the Key of a different account, you can engage in private one-on-one conversations with that account.

The essence of Friend.tech is to create a paid fan community centered around Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Currently, it is only available as a web app (though it must be used on mobile devices). Users can communicate with KOLs in the same group by purchasing specific KOLs' Keys and can also sell the Keys they have purchased. The more users buy the Key of the same KOL, the higher the Key's price becomes.

Using Friend.tech on the WEB

1. Open the Friend.tech official website: https://www.friend.tech/, and click on [Sign In].

2. There are three supported login methods. You can choose and log in according to your specific needs.

3. Friend.tech requires an invitation code, and each invitation code can only be used once.

4. Click [Link] to complete the binding with Twitter.

5. Click [Authorize App] to complete the binding process.

6. Click 'Done' to complete the login.

7. After logging in, you will see two options: the first one is the recharge entrance, and the second one is the wallet address (the wallet key can be exported later).

Click [Deposit], and you will see a set of six-digit verification code, which can be used for deposit by visiting: https://www.friend.tech/deposit.

You only need to connect your wallet and deposit ETH to complete cross-chain conversion and crediting.

8. Since the wallet address is provided after logging in, you can also choose to directly copy the address into Transit Swap to complete the cross-chain exchange process. Just open: https://swap.transit.finance/, select the source and destination blockchain and tokens, enter the Friend.tech receiving address, and click [Confirm Swap] to quickly complete the exchange."

9. After the exchange is credited (must be equal to or greater than 0.01 ETH), the interface will automatically redirect to the Key purchase page. You need to purchase your Key first, and it's free. Click on [Buy Key] at the bottom to make the purchase.

10. After a successful purchase, you will enter the main interface of Friend.tech, where you can perform various content-related operations from the bottom menu.

11. Click on the Explore menu, where you can search for people to follow on Twitter at the top or 'follow' and chat with people of interest from the list below.

12. Click on Airgrab, and you can view your invitation code. The number of invitation codes on the PC version may be fewer than on the mobile version, and inviting friends to join Friend.tech may be helpful for future airdrop activities.

13. Click on the entry for holding assets in the top right corner of the homepage to access the wallet management interface.

In the list, you can view the current holdings, earnings, recharge entrance, and token withdrawal entrance. Among them, [Export Wallet] can be clicked to export the wallet private key and import it into TokenPocket for convenient use.

You only need to click [Copy Key] to copy the private key of the Friend.tech created wallet.
